How do I get the first automation on us?

Pick a catalog workflow, name the bottleneck and one metric, and submit. A human reviews whether it is a First Workflow. If yes, we install at $0. Care billing starts after it is live and running.

Is the install really free?

Yes for one catalog workflow. You do not pay until go-live (50 clean runs or 14 days). Custom or multi-system work is quoted as a project.

You’re in the Care queue

We’ll review whether this is a catalog First Workflow. If it is, we kick off the $0 install. If it is bigger, we’ll quote a project instead of pretending it’s free.
